Sean has lived in Santa Cruz County for over 30 years and founded Rovai Insurance Agency in 1995. An Aptos High graduate, he earned a degree in business economics from UCSC before starting RIA. Sean lives in Aptos with his wife Shelby and their four children, and is an avid surfer. He is a seven-time Farmers Championship Agent, an accomplishment achieved by less than one percent of all Farmers agents in the U.S. He holds several professional licenses and certifications, and is licensed to transact property and casualty insurance as well as life and health insurance. He is also certified to sell long-term care and Medicare supplements.

Regina joined Rovai Insurance Agency in 2008 and holds a Property and Casualty Insurance License. She was born and raised in Santa Cruz County and currently lives in Freedom with her son. She enjoys giving back to the Community and is involved with Little League Baseball. She oversees the daily operations at our agency and works to promote a priority of friendly service and education for our clients.

Kaela joined Rovai Insurance Agency in 2014. She was born and raised in Aptos, attended Monte Vista Christian High School and moved on to Cabrillo College, studying business. She also has a background in real estate appraising. Kaela received her Property and Casualty Insurance License in 2012 and is working towards obtaining a Health and Life Insurance license. She assists with all aspects of the agency operations and enjoys helping our clients with their individual needs. Kaela currently resides in the area with her husband and three children where they enjoy their two dogs, extended family, sports, volunteering and fostering animals.
